Insulation and weather barrier.

Heat protection: 

Made of fiberglass and urethane sandwich panel with composite encasement means there is not a single piece of wood involved in the structure. No potential rotting occurrence or damage due to flood or wind impact.

Sound proof: Solid fiberglass door panel is a great noise protection in the residential neighborhoods with heavy traffic exposure. Fiberglass absorbs the soundwaves thus making the interior quiet and more comfortable for living.

Soft and durable, made of memory foam urethane weather strips around the door add to the door air tight performance.

Scratch and dent proof: Unlike regular steel doors the fiberglass ones cannot be easily dented or scratched, if scratched - just use the supplied touch up paint to remedy the affected spots.

Stain and paint: Wood staining can be traced back to olden times when wood crafters spent their time in mixing colors to create a deeper accent in wooden color. Modern durable stain technology allows to enhance the wood grain pattern of the door to stand up over the rest of the door surface by creating a variety of perfect wood color. Pull bars, stainless steel accent lines and SDLs:

We build both traditional doors and modern door systems with carved in stainless steel accent lines, back-to-back pull bars and SDL grids attached to glazed parts of the door.

Pull bars: come in round or square cross shapes, vary in color, like brushed stainless steel or anodized black. Our pulls make a short door visually longer or a tall door becomes visually shorter to meet with any architectural preference of our clients. They also provide an excellent grip for any age  to operate the door.

Stainless steel accent lines: 

The latest innovation in our door design. We use a CNC machine to grove lines in the door and further install ¾” wide polished stainless steel accent lines across or along the door to provide an exceptional modern pattern to the door. Can come with pull bar and accent lines combination.

Simulated Divider Lines (SDLs):

Precision contoured to provide a wood mill finish to 1-1/4” PVC strip.  Further cross cut in 45 degrees to form a pattern attached to both sides of a door glass unit. Allows for a 

Tiffany style with yet modern approach.

Door glazing

To create a modern look for the door we suggest FLUSH glazing option, that is available only with fiberglass doors. Glass inserts can vary in size and shape, be made with clear, frosted privacy or decorative Tiffany style glass. We use no frame around the exterior, but only glass stops on the interior side of the door.

FERCO multi point locking system: 

Made in Germany, tested in Canada - proven safety plus three-point lever handles come in three different colors to choose from.

Door hinges:  

Heavy duty hinges with ball bearings. Designed to withstand years of continuous swing cycles, in stock with three standard colors.

Concealed door hinges, a set of 2 hinges is capable to carry 170 LB door panel.  In stock with two colors.

Door sill:

Aluminum clad wood substrate with a water barrier. Used in Canada for both winter and summer insulation as a combination with FX box sweep, also available in black or white anodized exterior cover for the best aesthetic look.
