Multi point lock A

Multi point lock means a set of a gear (locking mechanism) and a lever door handle. Attached to the single side plate is a deadbolt and a lever housing.

A choice of FERCO multipoint locks is available as a standard option for each door, unless our client wants to downgrade their door to a single point locking system. 

Single point lock B

Single point lock is a combination mechanism that comprises a deadbolt and a grip set, or a lever handle, used to turn – open the latch of the lock. The deadbolt can be a standalone unit or an integrated one with the lock plate. Each single or multi point lock is available in a one-key option.

Pull bar

Pull bars in round or square shape usually come with flush doors. They are brushed stainless steel tube, hollow inside yet are structurally strong and provide a great architectural accent to the door. Colors available are brushed stainless steel or black. Length varies through 24,36,48,60,72”

Heavy duty hinges with ball bearings are designed to make the door swing light and smooth. Such hinges come in standard  swage of 1/8”  and cannot be adjusted easily without taking the hinge out of the door. They come in left or right hinge operation. For outswing doors, that have hinges exposed to the exterior, special security fix is installed in the hinge hub to prevent a burglar attempt of taking the door pin out of the hinge.

Heavy duty, made of stainless steel and zink alloy. 3D adjustable concealed hinges are used with fiberglass high performance entry door systems to enhance door security and ease of operation. A pair of  such hinges can carry 80 Lb of load!

Steel door panels are often left with no additional exterior aesthetic modification. Most of the doors come  standard with glass inserts or embossed panels that do not accept any extra grooming. However flush door panels can be added on with slim matching stainless steel accent lines attached to both exterior and interior of the door.
